Audiation: context → listen → echo → inner hearing → recall → compare
Context: Feel the macrobeat, then its microbeats. Duple: Du de (2 per macrobeat). Triple: Du da di (3 per macrobeat). Establish the tonal home by singing Do and a tonic pattern before the phrase. This song's meter and major-key setting are practice assumptions, not verified detections.
- Establish context. Move with the pulse; choose duple or triple in Rhythm Practice. Hear and sing the tonal home.
- Listen. Play a short phrase in Original vocals. Follow its rhythm and pitch movement.
- Echo. Pause, then imitate the rhythm with syllables and the melody with your voice.
- Connect. Use Solfege voice and the Jianpu draft to explore how the phrase moves away from and returns to the tonal home.
- Hear inwardly. Pause playback. Keep the pulse and hear the phrase in your mind during silence.
- Recall. Sing the phrase from memory before replaying it.
- Compare and vary. Replay, notice differences, then try a new rhythm or tonal pattern while preserving the context.
Purpose: Build internal hearing and musical recall. Playback, note displays, and imitation support practice; they do not prove audiation. These are guided practice steps, not an automated assessment.
